the mattress was impossibly hard, wrapped in some plastic like a cheap sofa from a garage sale. breakfast service was slow, took almost forever. And, seriously, I expected a complimentary gesture upon arrival. Didn’t anyone realize I was there for more than just the average stay? I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Couple seeking tranquility

The staff service was EXCELLENT. They were always readily available to assist us. We loved the lovely breakfast served outside every morning and the attention to detail in the room design.
